Use TokenRex with Chatbox

Use TokenRex as a custom OpenAI-compatible provider in Chatbox.

Before you start

  • A TokenRex API key
  • A version of the app that accepts a custom OpenAI-compatible base URL

Step-by-step setup

  1. 1

    Open Settings › Model Provider and choose OpenAI API Compatible.

  2. 2

    Set API Host to https://tokenrex.ai/api/public/v1.

  3. 3

    Paste your TokenRex key and enter an exact model ID.

  4. 4

    Save and send a short test message.

Verify the connection

Start a short chat, then confirm the request appears in your TokenRex Dashboard with the model ID you selected.
