Use TokenRex with Open WebUI

Use TokenRex as a custom OpenAI-compatible provider in Open WebUI.

Before you start

  • A TokenRex API key
  • A version of the app that accepts a custom OpenAI-compatible base URL

Step-by-step setup

    Open Admin Settings › Connections.

  2. 2

    Add an OpenAI-compatible connection.

  3. 3

    Set the URL to https://tokenrex.ai/api/public/v1 and paste your TokenRex key.

  4. 4

    Save the connection, refresh the model list, and select a TokenRex model in a new chat.

Verify the connection

Start a short chat, then confirm the request appears in your TokenRex Dashboard with the model ID you selected.
