Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and TokenRex (“TokenRex”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, adding money to your wallet, using the Playground or calling the API, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from them. If you use TokenRex for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

TokenRex provides prepaid access to AI models from third-party providers (such as OpenAI, Google and Anthropic) through an OpenAI-compatible API, a Claude-compatible Messages API, a web Playground and creative tools for images, audio, music and video. Usage is deducted from your prepaid wallet.

The models, their names, limits and availability are decided by the providers and may change, be renamed or be withdrawn. We may add, change or disable models and features at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• Provide accurate details and keep your login, two-step verification and email secure.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and under your API keys.
• One person may not create multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coupons or referral rewards.

API keys are secret. Do not publish them in apps, websites or public code. Any request made with your key is billed to your wallet, including requests made by someone else who obtained it. Use per-key spending limits and model permissions, and block or delete a key as soon as you suspect it has leaked.

• All usage is prepaid. Requests are refused when your balance is not enough.
• Model prices are shown on the Models & Pricing pages and are charged per use. Prices can change; the price shown when a request runs applies.
• Your wallet is credited with the selected top-up amount after payment verification. Any applicable coupon discount is shown before checkout.
• Wallet balance is not cash, has no interest, and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Promotional credit (coupons, bonuses, rewards, referral earnings) may have conditions and expiry and is never refundable.

Unused paid balance can be refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. When a refund is approved the amount is deducted from your wallet immediately and paid back within up to 3 business days.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the usage policies of the model providers. We may block requests, limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.

You keep your rights in the prompts, files and other input you send. As between you and us, you own the output you receive, subject to the model providers’ terms. You give us permission to process your input only to provide the service.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased or similar to output given to others. Check it before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Requests are processed by third-party model providers and payment partners (Razorpay). Their terms and policies also apply to their part of the service. We are not responsible for their outages, changes or decisions, but we will help you where we reasonably can.

We work to keep TokenRex available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control can affect it. Current status is shown on the Status page.

The TokenRex name, website, design, documentation and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or rebrand the service, or use it to build a competing reseller of our wallet and keys, without written permission.

You can stop using TokenRex at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, legal requirements or security risks. If we close an account without a breach on your part, we will refund unused paid balance.

Except as required by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of output or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the service, your content or your breach of these Terms or of law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. If it cannot be resolved, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email. Continuing to use the service after the update date means you accept the new Terms.
